DVA (Distribution Video & Audio) is a family-owned and operated business specializing in the entertainment industry. We are a complete end-to-end solution enabling our customers to sell their distressed inventory to maintain their maximum cash flow. In return, we redistribute these inventories back into the retail channels, helping retailers increase their revenue flow.

Our Origins

Distribution Video & Audio (then called DVI) started in 1988 by selling used videos for new store openings to video rental chains, such as Hollywood Video and Blockbuster Video. In 1995, keeping up with trends in the entertainment industry, we made some changes, evolving our company into three separate divisions: Consumer Internet Sales (closeoutvideo.com), Government Sales (dva.com), and Wholesaling (distributionvideo.com). 

22 Years Later

For the past 22 years, DVA has paid out close to half a billion dollars to businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to small Indie labels to independent producers, helping them remove unwanted, costly inventory and allowing them to move forward and become more viable and solvent. We have grown from a few employees to close to forty, allowing us to expand our reach across the US to include offices from the East coast to the West coast. Our company has relationships with the who's who of the industry, both large and small. DVA buys and sells over 20,000,000 DVDs and audio CDs annually. We have offices in Los Angeles, CA and Palm Harbor, FL, with warehouses in Los Angeles (CA), Chicago (IL), and Clearwater (FL).
