Our Origins
Distribution Video & Audio (originally called DVI) started in 1988 by selling used videos for new store openings to video rental chains, such as Hollywood Video and Blockbuster Video. In 1995,in order to keep up with trends in the entertainment industry, we made some changes, evolving our company into three separate divisions: Consumer Internet Sales (closeoutvideo.com), Government Sales (dva.com), and Wholesaling (distributionvideo.com).
20 Years Later
Distribution Video & Audio is one of the largest resellers of excess inventory of DVD, audio CDs, books, video games, toys, consumer products and more in the United States. The company has relationships with the who’s who of the industry, both large and small. DV&A buys and sells over 15,000,000 DVDs and audio CDs annually. We have offices in Los Angeles, CA and Palm Harbor, FL, with warehouses in Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Clearwater, FL, and Palm Harbor, FL. |

We Are Entertainment
We specialize in the entertainment industry and only in the entertainment industry.
Distribution Video & Audio is an entertainment closeout company. Thus, we ask that you come to us with product that you are no longer interested in selling through your normal channels, or product that the license has or is about to expire. By doing this, we do not interfere with your sales or marketing efforts. We are not competition, nor do we want to be. Our mission is to provide you with a valuable service, buying your remainders and quietly making them go away to your satisfaction.
DVA is a 2009 Inc. 5000 company.
